1. Sit in a straight, comfortable chair in a well lit place in front of your computer.
2. Log onto AIM and/or IChat (be sure to go on away!). Check your email.
3. Read over the assignment carefully, to make certain you understand it.
4. Walk down to the vending machines and buy some chocolate to help you concentrate.
5. Check your email.6. Check Your Myspace/Facebook
7. Check you tumblr/blog(s)/Twitter
8. Call up a friend and ask if he/she wants to go to grab a coffee.
9. When you get back to your room, sit in a straight, comfortable chair in a clean, well lit place.
10. Read over the assignment again to make absolutely certain you understand it.
11. Check your email.12. Look up something on youtube.
13. You know, you haven’t seen or left a comment to (insert name) in awhile. might as well do it now.
14. Look at your teeth in the bathroom mirror.
15. Look for some music to listen to while doing your paper.16. Organize your library/iTunes
17. Check your email. ANY OF THIS SOUND FAMILIAR YET?!
18. Video chat with one of your friends about the future. (ie summer plans) or what’s going on this weekend.
19. Check your email.20. Check myspace/facebook/tumblr/blog(s)/Twiiter again.
21. shuffle through your music library
22. Phone your friend also in your class and ask if he/she’s started writing yet. Exchange derogatory emarks about your prof, the course, the college, the world at large.
23. Walk to the store and buy a pack of gum. You’ve probably run out.
24. While you’ve got the gum you may as well buy a magazine and read it.25. Visit a friend at their dorm/apt./house
26. Check your email. read the assignment again.
27. Check the newspaper listings to make sure you aren’t missing something truly worthwhile on TV.
28. Play some solitare/imwithlikewithyou.com/WoW29. Check out fmylife.com
30. Lay down for a minute in bed.
31. Wash your hands.
32. Call up a friend to see how much they have done, probably haven’t started either.
33. Look through your friend’s myspace pictures, tag some of your faces
34. Sit down and do some serious thinking about your plans for the future.35. Sigh
36. Check to see if fmylife.com has been updated yet.
37. Check your email and listen to your new downloaded music.38. check to see if your tumblr is updated.
39. You should be rebooting by now, assuming your computers getting slower.40. Read over the assignment one more time, just for heck of it.
41. write a sentence, erase, then find something to snack on.
42. spin yourself in your computer chair and try to remember what (insert name) said the other day
43. Lie face down on the floor and moan.
44. Punch the wall and break something.
45. Check your email.46. Do your last rotation on visiting sites.
47. Mumble obscenities.
48. 5am - start hacking on the paper without stopping. 6am -paper is finished.
49. Complain to everyone that you didn’t get any sleep because you had to write that stupid paper.
50. Go to your 8 o’clock class, hand in paper, and leave right away so you can take a nap.
